Custom Retail Fixtures for an Iconic Western Brand
Bengazi manufactures custom retail fixtures for Ariat stores in Mexico, helping translate the brand’s Western heritage into functional and carefully coordinated retail environments.
The project brings together several product categories—including boots, denim, apparel, hats, accessories, and impulse merchandise—each requiring a specialized display solution. Our work focused on creating fixtures that present these products clearly while maintaining a consistent visual and material language throughout the store.
The fixture package includes illuminated wall displays, boot shelving, central denim units, merchandising tables, accessory displays, and a branded checkout counter. Each element was developed around its specific retail function, balancing product capacity, customer accessibility, daily store operations, and brand presentation.
Natural wood tones, black metal structures, integrated lighting, and Ariat’s signature red accents connect the different fixtures and create a cohesive customer experience.
The project demonstrates Bengazi’s ability to coordinate multiple fixture types within one retail program—from specialized boot displays and high-capacity denim shelving to flexible merchandising tables and operational point-of-sale furniture.
